Responsibilities: Responsible to effectively manage largecomplex client accounts to achieve client results or objectives; ensure highquality integrated biz servicedeliverables coaching positive client relationship and expanding business offering with reasonable profitability; Understand the marketing trends in the client industry and relate them to the integrated PR strategy big picture use knowledge to advance clientsprogram and build thought unique leadership; Make realistic and sound recommendations that takes into consideration short and longterm perspectives and clients constraints; Supervise the team performance coach and tutor members to help them to learn and grow identify team members with different levels of performance potentials and manage them that will result in an effective retention; Expand and own network of senior influencer relationships and introduce them to clients where needed; Able to lead pitching case for lifestyle sector together with GM. Requirements: At least 6 years working experience in public relations agency or related more than 2 years experience in pitching involvementmanaging team work. Capabilities to understand the key concept of a brand and how to develop creative ideas based on the concept or key message. Have big picture and strategic thinking in integrated communication management. Better to coordinate in business development planning. Team management skill has passion and sense to coach and grow the members. Able to write pitch proposal of such quality that no further revision and polishing is needed; Best have experience in crossoffice cooperation familiar with the regional status of market. Fluent in English and Chinese good skills in PPT and proposal writing.
