  参展商千辛万苦将展品摆上展台后却无人问津,难免心生怨意;参观商千里迢迢前来采购时却找不到需要的产品,只好空手而归,我们将从根本上解决这个问题。

  2、成立信息服务部组织观众多人行于2001年8月成立了信息服务部,专门搜集行业信息和专业买家资料,

  3、展前交流将所有参展企业、参展商所携带的展品名称及展位号编印成册,在展前一个月大量邮寄给采购

    商,减少采购的盲目性。



  4、有针对性地邀请采购商前来采购让所有参展企业报名参展时,详细填写征询函,参展企业需要哪类的参

    观采购人员来采购,我司工作人员即重点邀请这类采购商前来采购。



  二、宣传推广



  1、大众媒体:拟在深圳特区报、深圳商报、香港商报等大众媒体持续地刊登广告及报道。



  2、户外广告:开展前半年于深圳、广州、东莞等地关口及国道处发布巨型户外广告。



  3、专业杂志及网站:在《中国广告》、《广告人》、《广告大观》《专业广告》、《龙吟榜》、《IDN》

   《市场观察.广告主》、《广告直通车》、《广告制品与制作》、《喷绘与雕刻》、《金点广告》等专业

   杂志及中华广告网、中国广告网、中国展览总网、网络先锋、中国展览网等专业网站发布广告及会进

   展情况的报道。



  4、 编辑《展览快讯》,及时报道展会进展状况,发布参展企业的供求信息同参观券一起邮寄。


  三、展后服务


  1、 将现场参观人员的资料录制成光盘,免费赠送给本届参展商。


  2、 凡是参加2006年多人行广告展的厂商,均可在多人行广告交易网上免费开通大型数据型动态交易

    网站,并可免费使用到2007年4月。

  If an exhibitor brings his products to a fair without receiving
any interest from customers, it is hard for him not to complain
it. If a visitor, who comes from very far away to purchase something,
can not find what he needs, he then can only go home with empty
hands. These problems can be resolved radically as follows:



  1. To put over 80% of our strength in organizing professional
buyers

After five years’ hard work of accumulation, Dowell Company now
has owned a huge database of buyers. More than 500,000 of visiting
tickets will be mailed, sent out and presented as a gift. Professionals
will be invited for visiting and ordering.



  2. To set up an information service department to organize visitors.

Compared with other fairs, Dowell fair has its feature and advantage.
That is to have a lot of visitors on site with wide popularity.
So it has accepted by the vast exhibitors. This session will take
up previous features while create some new. An information service
department will be set up so as to collect specially information
of the industry and professional buyers. The department will invite,
through variable channels and ways, those professionals and experts
to attend the fair. It will do its best to improve the quality
of the fair.



  3. To put all the information about exhibitors, products that
exhibitors will exhibit, and exhibitors’ booth number on a brochure
and sent out in large quantity one month before the fair so as
to reduce the blindness of purchasing.



  4. To invite buyers pertinently to have a purchase. We will
require exhibitors to fill out a detailed information letter.
Those buyers that the exhibitors hope to meet with will be the
focus of invitation.

be used to popularize the fair)




  1. The exhibition news will be publicized in the following newspapers:
Shenzhen Special Zone Daily, Shenzhen Economic Daily, HK Economic
Daily, etc.



   2. Outdoor Advertising: Mighty outdoor signboards will be set
up at some national highways and around the pass of Shenzhen,
Guangzhou and Dongguan.



  3. Ads and the headways of the fair will also be put out in

  4. Exhibition Express: During the exhibition period, it will

which will be sent to exhibitors free of charge.



  2. If you take part in our 2006 fair, you can get a large data
